2. Services and Treatments
2.1 Booking
Appointments for services can be booked online, by phone, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if necessary. Pre payment or 50% of deposit necessary for booking.
2.2 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a 50% of cancellation fee. All no show must pay 100% of the treatment.
2.3 Health and Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements before receiving a treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it is in the best interest of the client’s health and safety.
3. Training Courses
3.1 Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment in our training courses requires a completed application and payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable except under specific circumstances as outlined in these Terms.
3.2 Certification
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate accredited by the relevant industry body. Certification is contingent upon meeting all course requirements.
3.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy for Courses
If you need to cancel your enrollment, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made 14 days before the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus an administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date.
3.4 Course Content
We reserve the right to modify course content and materials to ensure the highest quality of training. All course materials provided are the intellectual property of Natural Beauty by Rina and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
4. Product Sales
4.1 Product Availability
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products and to discontinue any product at any time.
4.2 Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods as indicated on our website.
4.3 Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on location and order size. We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and are not guaranteed.
4.4 Returns and Refunds
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.

Policy for Appointments
After you choosing my services to ensure a smooth and professional experience, please take note of the following policies:
Punctuality
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. If you arrive after this time, your appointment will be canceled, and the full payment will be required.
• Appointment times cannot be extended. If you are more than 10 minutes late, it may affect the final results and for lash extension you will need to book your next infill sooner.
Preparation
• Arrive with clean lashes, brows, and no makeup. If you arrive with makeup, I cannot guarantee retention, and an additional £5 will be charged for extra lash or brow cleansing service.
Refunds and Fixes
• I do not offer refunds for services.
• If you experience any issues, please contact me soon ass possible and attend within five days of your appointment to a free fix.
New Clients and Patch Tests
• I do not perform infills on work done by other technicians.
• First-time clients are required to book a patch test prior to scheduling a full set.
Lash Extension Infill Policy
• Infill pricing applies to appointments scheduled within 21 to 28 days of your previous session. Appointments beyond 28 days will be considered a full set, and all bookings will be charged accordingly.
• At least 40–50% of lashes must remain intact at the time of your infill appointment. If there are fewer lashes, the appointment will be charged as a full set to account for the time required. Alternatively, your next infill may need to be scheduled sooner to maintain your lash look.
Payments and Deposits
• First-time appointments require full prepayment. Returning clients must pay a 50% deposit to secure their booking.
• All payments must be made no later than five days prior to the scheduled appointment.
• A secure payment link will be sent to your phone number for prepayment or deposit.
• Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
• Payment can also be made via cash or card at your appointment.
No Plus One Policy
• To maintain a professional and focused environment, clients must attend appointments alone.
Agreement
• By booking an appointment, you confirm your agreement to these policies.
